A: Yes. You upload your documents securely and we handle CIPC, SARS and the rest on your behalf. You only need to travel if you choose to collect your bank account in person.
A: A passport copy and (proof of address only if you choose the higher package). If you cannot certify your own passport, certification is R385. For the R7,600 package, we also need your home-country business documents. A South African residence permit is not required to register.

A: Yes. We review your paperwork before anything is submitted, and we submit to the bank only when we are confident the application will be accepted. If we see a problem, we tell you before you go any further. On the Full Package you collect your account in person in South Africa, and it can be arranged for the day you land. If you want the account sent to you or your representative, you need the R7,600 package. The bank makes the final decision on every application.
A: Bank account facilitation is refundable. It is valued at R1,850 when bought on its own, and if the bank declines we refund it less R850 for the work already done, so R1,000 is returned.
A: A Public Officer is required for every company, and our appointment service is R1,850. A Registered Representative (R1,850) is needed for anything SARS-related except the Tax Clearance Certificate. eFiling setup, linking the company and the director's personal tax registration are charged separately. The Foreign Business Complete Package (R11,300) bundles the R7,600 package with both.
A: A local director is not required. A Public Officer is. You need a registered address in South Africa, and we can provide one for R1,200 if you do not have one.
A: Our R1,850 fee covers the appointment only. Ongoing public officer duties are a separate service — see our Public Officer and Tax Retainer.
A: CIPC annual returns are due every year. Our filing service is priced by company turnover, from R550 to R4 500 for active companies (see the shop). Inactive companies are R1,550.
A: Yes. We prepare company and personal tax returns, including provisional tax and income tax, quoted per service.
A: Yes, in two stages. First, the R7,600 package gives you the company, the declarations and the SARS compliance that a business permit application builds on. Second, the business permit application is a separate service. The process is different if you have the R5 million investment and if you do not, and the price depends on your industry and setup. We assist with the waiver and the DTI portfolio. Visa decisions are made by the authorities, so we cannot guarantee approval. Book a Consultation and Assessment to see which route suits you.
